Sunday afternoon
I dawdled too long for Sunday morning
Sunday morning coming down.
Only it’s now Sunday afternoon and the sun is overhead, the dogs are napping on the deck. No fried chicken smells, just pot roast.
Sometimes I practice on my back deck before I face the camera and perform. It’s my process.
Thanks SBlog for the earworm. Go visit her Substack, after clicking on the very short video below. Only practice, but it’s all part of how it comes together.
Haven’t done any open mics yet. Still assessing the COVID risk in Ohio bars and coffee shops. Maybe if any of them have open air, parking lot or porch mics.

Dog looks content. I swear, when I first opened this, I thought the harmonica was floating on one of those round stand up above the ground swimming pools. Yeah, and I haven’t played out yet either, because nobody here in the North Carolina mountains, cares about Covid even though they’re still are a lot of cases. I’m looking for the same kind of venue once the weather breaks. I’ll check out, Sarah Wilson, and I hope you’re doing well!
You're welcome! Thanks for the mention, G.
